What would you exalt, if exalts were more common?

The problem isn't exalts, it's eternals. Those things are way too rare. I for one don't want to screw up that perfect item with an exalt, knowing that I could have prevented that +1 ES roll if I had just backed it up. Anyway, Here's a bunch of stuff I mess around with when I have the orbs:

been playing since open beta started, hundreds of hours played, multiple characters 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+

It's probably not even possible to get anything good on any of those. But damnit I want them to be as silly as possible. Maybe its just my opinion, but exalts should become much more common. People who want perfect item need eternal. There are just too many items which miss 1-2 mods, but using exalt on them is bad idea, as you can buy better items for exalt.
