Petrov's Elemental Bow Ranger Build(s) (0.10)
" Yes you would put points into the 2 new nodes, then remove the 2 old nodes. I personally wouldn't worry about doing that until later, I'd focus on other things before taking 8% movement speed. That node will probably be my last point spent at level ~90 or so. Keep in mind... level 90+ is very hard to reach. It will take hundreds of hours of grinding, that's why most people don't use 111 point builds. :) Last edited by Tyrindor#5955 on Feb 3, 2013, 11:53:42 PM

" The overall Life% is more on the DPS i believe, and i didnt mention the 30% less crit taken because i didnt think it was a big deal, thanks for your input. So did you go with the DPS build or been saving up the points? Domination - IGN: Fat_Camp Standard - IGN: FrozenPatties Last edited by BlackSacrament#2480 on Feb 4, 2013, 12:03:12 AM

" I was going with the tanky build, but was avoiding putting points into the marauder line (so I could easily swap to DPS build if needed). A2 merciless is still going smooth for me in terms of survability, so I'm going to go with the DPS route. My level ~60 build: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgIBAdECcQSzBS0ILg48Dq0UIBRNFHEY2xmOGjgdFCFgKLUppTIJMok1kjpSQKBBqkOcSn1OyFBHVcZWBFb6V-JZ82BLYIhhUmOnZp5noGe9cql07XTxd-V673zZhmCHdo9GkFWbjZuhnrmfy6IAokCnMKeErKqv68AaxKLPZdDQ037dRt-_7Djtg-4O7m_vTvAf9Pj3Mvjr-tL8TvzFFHV0QQ== My level ~80 build: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgIBAdECcQSzBS0ILg48Dq0UIBRNFHEY2xmOGjgdFCFgKLUpTymlMgkyiTWSNuk6UkCgQapDnEp9TshQR1XGVgRW-lfiWfNgS2CIYVJjp2aeZ6BnvXKpdO108Xfleu982YKbhmCHdo9GkFWbjZuhnrmfy6IAokCnMKeErKqv68AaxKLPZdDQ037dRt-_42rsOO2D7g7ub-9O8B_0-Pcy-Ov60vxO_MUUdXRBlwYtgxmKm7VTNTZ7y0Fyu21stUgqW9bR0hm0OOUZ-_U= My level ~90 build: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgIBAdECcQSzBS0ILg48Dq0UIBRNFHEY2xmOGjgdFCFgKLUpTymlMgkyiTWSNuk6UkCgQapDnEp9TshQR1XGVgRW-lfiWfNgS2CIYVJjp2aeZ6BnvXKpdO108Xfleu982YKbhmCHdo9GkFWbjZuhnrmfy6IAokCnMKeErKqv68AaxKLPZdDQ037dRt-_42rsOO2D7g7ub-9O8B_0-Pcy-Ov60vxO_MUUdXRBlwYtgxmKm7VTNTZ7y0Fyu21stUgqW9bR0hm0OOUZ-_UPq-d0Nj2IaxnXYeKly8HYbXtVSyaV Anything beyond that I would put points into one of the 3 health nodes I didn't complete, but I don't really think anything over level 90 is very reasonable. 100 point builds? ugh so pointless to use so many points in designing a build, really well thought out thread but just smacks of clueless noob with so many points spent.

Lvl 57 and I've stuck with the high dps build (with a tweak by taking 8% inc movement on the lower east side). Pesonally I don't wanna spec resolute technique so I'm thinking about just going east from above and taking more ele nodes and crit circle and life and shock. Kicking ass with a sweet ele bow ATM so we'll see how it goes

Started this build yesterday, and I'm 25-ish now....Just wondering, why are we using both lightning arrow and split arrow? These skill seem almost the same to me, but hey, I've never play'd ranger before :)

I think he was suggesting to just use one of them, whichever you prefer. He just listed them seperately cause the support gems for each 1 were different.

I've got a question, is blackgleam cured quiver good for this build?
I found one that's 46% which is pretty high for it, almost perfect, it gives 10% attack speed which i think is good since i do the frenzy for single target and build up charges for lightning arrow. But it doesn't seem to boost my dps over a quiver with some elemental damage and weapon elemental damage. I can't tell if its really good for the build or not. |

Hi, i'm currently leveling with a build like that, I'm currently 36 and approaching blood magic. I'm not sure if I want to take it immediately, I don't have much life leech (only 2% physical on gloves ATM...).
I'm running with lightning arrow + fork + lesser multiple projectiles and it's doing wonder. What will be the best with it, a LoH or life leech gem ? Thanks IGN - Isisamon

Hi, I am still very noob, and I apologise if I ask stupid questions.
Why do you go to the strenght side of the passive skill tree? I myself am going for the physical damage with bow items in the tree. And why is it good to exchange all your evasion rating to armor? Thanks in advance! Grts |
