[1.2.0] Ice Pierce Crit Ranger

Mixed defenses, primarily evasion now that it actually works, but with a bit of armour and carrying a granite flask.

I swear I'll update the first post like soon. Was working on updating and playtesting the shadow thread first.

Of note:
- Comments on IR as of 0.11.2
- Updated build section
- Cleaned up reflect section
- Moved Pierce gem to skills and supports, where it correctly belongs

I'm going total glass cannon and reliant on life and mana return from attacking. Diamond flask utility is too good.

I'm in SC, I can afford to go crazy with the damage vs survivability tradeoff. Yeah.

Deaths harp + ice shot + chain, better damage than multishot without damage reductions/ anything with LMP so far (perma freezing and the AOE) great leveling combi.
Can you use Chain instead of Pierce, or is it less effective?

Chain is a different setup entirely. I'll push a controlled test through sometime in the future, but I built for pierce and all that.

Chain is only used duting leveling, it is a massive boost to damage because chain causes a huge area to get hit by the second effect of ice shot, i don't see it working out on high levels (the 1 extra arrow on deaths harp make's it viable for the low levels)

In my opinion Death's Harp just doesn't cut it mid Cruel. 200-300 DPS is not enough (without Chain).
I had to buy a 180 DPS Bow to continue past Fellshrine in Cruel.

I ended up using RoA+LGoH for lvling.
I used a fantastic rolled level 28 phys bow right up until I switched to a level 50 one in, guess where, merciless ledge. Pretty sure Death's Harp beats that one, especially considering I was using LMP iceshot.

I no longer remember the exact numbers on that bow, I did not keep it. =(

Update: I pulled out my LoH gem and actually had a go at it.

Results posted in reflect section, but the summary of it is, I can functionally ignore reflect map mod now.
