Does the Concentrated Effect support gem increase the damage of my lightning arrows?

" It will only work with AoE skills, such as Ice Nova. It lowers the AoE area, but then increases the damage of that skill. My guess is that it would lower the area that it chains. Lighting Arrow doesn't deal AoE damage, rather it has AoE target selection.

" I think that LA lists its damage of the first enemy hit, not the average for all, so the DPS tooltip would be useless to determine the damage dealt to nearby enemies. I might be wrong though Proud 5th duelist in the Jul 1 2012 Ladder Race and in the Nov 3 2012 Solo Turbo Race :D
And even prouder 4th Templar in the Nov 10 Four-hour Party Hardcore Race :P Current OB success: top 20 Ranger in 105 Minute Turbo Solo (S4E9) |

devs confirmed that conc effect on LA does not increase LA damage, it lowers its AoE only its because damage done by LA is not considered being AoE damage IGN: Eric_Lindros
