Conentrated Effect + Lightning Arrow

Does this Combo work? Does the Conentrated Effect support gem increase the damage of lightning arrow?

Lightning Arrow has a "nearby enemies" range, which is why it's marked AoE.
The attack does not do Area Damage, so Conc. Effect will reduce the "nearby enemies" AoE and not help your damage at all. Last edited by pneuma#0134 on Jun 28, 2013, 9:27:37 AM

" +1 and confirmed by a dev in the thread about LA. Concentrated Effect doesn't also increase the damage of PA but wrks very well with ROA. |
