Passives for summoners?

It would be cool to see more summons or just them be better

Yep. More summon skills will be added in the coming months. I'm pretty sure GGG realizes how many people enjoy this style of play.

you can also use support gems on them :)
In thread where lucky beta testers post their items, i've seen items what increase number of summons if socketed gem is summoning one.

Which brings same queston again:
How many summons can someone have at max?
And is this number seperate for each spell or is there max number of summons you cannot exceed in general?
I have runes, potions and total disregard of public safety.

There's a separate maximum for each spell which is based on the skill level. I'm not sure what they are.

Hmm that sounds like you can have alot of summons.

At least 2 from spell from what isaw on casts.
At least 1 from items (saw some in different thread)
At least 1 from gem adding summon ( someone mentioned that it exists)
at least 1 from passive

that makes 5 summons already PER spell so 10 sumons already and there are more spells planned.

Looks promising.
Are spectres only for some time like zombies or they are pernament untill killed?

They are perminant likezombies. Atleast if there is a timer ihavent noticed. And right now im running a marauder duel-wield swords and summons. Im level 27 and they get a bit better in terms of usefulness when gems levels and passives. I use them as a big distraction while take care of ranged monsters first. Curently I have 4 zombies and 2 spectrals.
And yes summoning a spectral skel mage does do good dmg and tend to live longer being ranged. Zombies are just meat shields.

Arent zombies loosing health periodically?
That makes them NOT prmanent.
