When leveling, at what point in the passive tree do you think we should switch to CI? (I assume you start out as a health build)

Im building kinda same like this 1 but i focusin power charges, and im lvl 42 now and just done brutus (cruel) and i 2 shotted it :o wtf :o this build is very very op and maybe best doing maps. i dunno but i keep working my build. :)
