I don't think you can in winmtr. Never used pingplotter but have heard it's possible.

Just checked, PingPlotter Standard (not freeware) lets you change the packet format, any other ideas? Sorry for the bother.

Contact your isp and ask them wtf you can't traceroute.

Also, I got the trial edition of Standard and tried with UDP, just got 100% packet loss. |

after patch i cant go into level 2 crematorium, because of some sort of error problems with encoded data.

Alright, so I just tried a VPN, and I could play! But, you know, with about four seconds of latency, so... I'm assuming that it's most certainly my ISP, then?

I started to get this problem at 0.11.0f patch. Game was working fine before and nothing about my pc/isp chenged so i doubt that its on my side. I have re downloaded/installed the game but that didnt help. Playing on wired connection europe gateway.
