hello i got kicked why ????

hello people 3 days ago i pay 10$ to get beta key and so i play

just now i was in middle of a game and i got kicked some how and it said account not exist !
also when i enter my website profile my beta key is marked with red and said its used

can some explane it to me plz , did i do something wrong ?
is the 10% beta key is for limited time ? when i buy it , its dousnt say anyting about limited time !!

Your beta key is marked with red because you have used the key. Try logging in again and remember to log in with your mail.
