Supporter Pack Upgrading Now Available

I just wanna say, I started my process on June 27, and it just cleared a few minutes ago. Faster than I was expecting, as I've seen several people here are in a week or more already.

My Upgrade was finalized last night, so happy ^.^

Mine was a bit complicated that most requests, which is why it probably took as long as it did.
But it was 11 days, e-mail to support sent on or around June 20th.

(I was combining a Divine AND Regal Pack*, along with multiple separate Point Packs, all into an Exalted Pack.)

*I had Divine and Regal, so I could have Dual-Wield effects. This was before they added the Dual-Wield support to the Weapon Effects.. :P

Hi, I purchased a 20$ pack some months ago, and I saw I was able to upgrade to open beta supporter pack for 10$, but I didn't upgrade... Now I want to upgrade, but it looks like I cannot, it doesn't let me upgrade but only lets me buy the full 30$ pack, anyone knows why?

Sorry for bringing this thread up, but I don't want to open another one.

I purchased 200 points for $20 last week.

Now my question is:
Am I able to upgrade to the Survivor Pack with the $20 I already spent as a basis?
I'm really looking into it, in case it's possible.

I have Spend 380 Dollar + Apprentice Supporter Pack, Survivor Pack and Awakening Pack.

I can only upgrade for 2x 200 point pack's, thats bullshit.

I am kinda lazy to lookp up.

Until which date this upgrade option will be available?
