I'm sorry for everything. I found the solution and you might say I could have searched more before sending emails. For some reason support@grindinggear.com was blocked in my email account. It wasn't even going to the spam folder. What I had to do was manually remove it from the blocked list and add it to the trusted list. I already got my acc back, by the way.

Thanks for for the help Henry and I'm sorry again for wasting your time. I saw that there are more people with this problem, so you might want to say this to them. Who knows, it might work.
