Argh, that sucks! Yeah, that's definitely a sync problem, your character was probably stuck back around the corner on the server. I wish there was something we could do, but all I can say is that we'll be improving sync problems like this in future as best we can ;_;

I'll definitely be holding onto that video link, and showing it as example of specific sync situations we need to work on. It really shouldn't have been possible to be that far away from your actual server position, as it's clear that you weren't even in range to click on the quest items.
