Power/Endurance Searing Touch/Voll's Protector Discharge build, Need some advice/help

Even though the CI Power/Frenzy is [extremely] glass cannon, it does enough dps to 1shot most packs with Discharge. Cold Snap+Elemental Proliferation freezes most mobs on the screen, so it isn't bad for Softcore. The occasional Rhoa Charge desync or Elemental Reflect mobs aside, it should be fine for Softcore. Worst case scenario, you respec to a Cold Snap, FreezePulse, Flickerstrike, or Low-life RF+FP build without much hassle.

At least that's what I'm going to do on my next Shadow, so we'll have to see how it works out ^.^
