" A little anecdote: it is precisely because of doing the chaos recipe a few dozen times I could acquire items in Perandus League (2016) that are now worth 50 mirrors on standard. I did chaos recipe in Affliction league as well to fund my initial equipment. You do need enough empty stashtabs to pull it off. Heart of Purity

Maybe for like your first 10C of the league to get life/res items. After that its a massive waste of time in current PoE.
And thats maybe. Its probably still a waste of time for even the first 10C. |

Chaos recipe was pretty guud 10 years ago when 1 exalt was 22c but other then that just a waste of time.
