I remember before, i would get at least 1-2 divines per day from casual mapping, now i didnt get single one so far, in 4 days of playing. Also, other drops were weak, most expensive thing i dropped was scarab i sold for 13c. If i didnt knew how to manipulate with market- buy certain items, sell them back to market for far bigger price, i would be so poor. Plus, Alva gives almost every time Locus or Doryani room, sometimes both so its additional income. Before you would get good feeling about random drop, now you just get trash, i remember i often dropped even Einhar memory for harvest beast which sold for 3-4 div.
You need to invest in maps with scarabs, good atlas tree, and aim for profitable league mechanic, just putting alchemy on map is now like waste of time. What would mr Siklic do if he was in this post?

i dropped 1-2 divines but its just not enough the game does feel rewarding to play 500 juice for the tree and each craft from the same level need 1k? just bad design league hives that are only cleared by meta/heavy aoe ranged builds only did any of the devs just tried these as a melee? i just dont get it maybe go back to 3 months from each release cuz 2 months just seem low and not good at all Yea we will have 6 months for each game between leagues but i find this preferable than this undercooked update (not tested? idk) |

Ah the timeless complaints that are rooted in "no raw currency drops = poverty league" at the start of every league.
TL;DR: Raw currency farming is a noob trap. Sanctum literally got nerfed for being a currency printer. What made you think super juiced map strategies weren't going to get hit? Farm for stuff you can sell. " Don't forget Bestiary had a terrific QoL buff where it's easier to clean out the menagerie. Should make farming beasts a lot more viable. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! loot is like any other POE league.
Mobs drop jack shit during atlas progression. Don't expect big loot until you reach ridiculous quant / pack size / rarity / T17 currency modifiers. Baseline drop rates are very, very low. They're designed to be scaled exponentially with juicing. Before juicing most of the loot is found from "tile" rewards.
