Ping spikes to 8000-10000 every 2-4 minutes, consistent for the past 12 hours

I can confirm the same issue. I have up to 40k ping, and then I get disconnected. Currently, I cannot play because it is too frustrating. I'm from Ecuador, and I used to use Washington as a gateway, but I tried seven different ones with no results. Just to clarify, I don't have this issue with any other game

Same issue. Game is unplayable. hitting even more than 10k MS then going DC. switching SG and Jap server. tried other as well. even tried VPN. still very bad.
I played other games on a very high settings and the internet connection is smooth.
Also, my latency is low inside town. But always ramps up when i go to other zones.

It is unplayable. I got disconnected at the en of this had over 10k ping in some parts. Leaguestart completely ruined. Hoping for a fix soon
1) log into the game
2) load into town
3) ping is stable
4) go into zone
5) ping spikes and steadily rises until I get DCed (20k+)
6) load back into town, ping is stable again
Then there's some other stuff like creating new instances sometimes fixing it for that zone, sometimes not.
Is that the same problem everyone is having?
Been having this since league launch, barely managed to make it out of act 1.

Having the same problem here in Toronto, for me it starts around 8 pm though
Same problem. Switching servers doesn´t help. I play from Uruguay and always use Br servers with 50/60 ping. I have no problem to play with 200 ping if i need to switch to some Us server as long as it's stable, but ping has been skyrocketing to the moon as soon as i enter a map in any server i try.

Another thing that might be helpful to the devs I have just tried this, and it might have something to do with these dots, they're not on all types of breach though. However going to the finishing the breach and the lag being gone issue. I have just made my instance not laggy without finishing the breach, but what I did do is walk over all these dots on the map, attaching an image

Edit: might not be about the dots, but the breach walls around one of the types of the breach, used wireshark to see the packets.

Note: I am not experienced with Wireshark, all of this is guesswork pretty much, but maybe some devs are better and can figure out what the problem is. But my feeling is that it these packets are causing the bottlenecking. Length column in wireshark might not be latency but the size of the packet, and it seems like those walls are a big packet for the network to process causing it to congest

Also having this issue, and my shaders are maxed out. Was completely fine before I left for dinner, rebooting had this issue.

PoE 2 doesn't affect...And i regret that i paid for that.
Same problem. Acts has no issue, cause i ignored breach. Now in maps i can't play game at all, one map can take 20 minutes with this lags
any fix for this yet?
