I appreciate that PoE still has forums
|
So many online games nowadays have shut down their forum systems permanently and/or made them restricted or read-only, usually pointing users to a platform like Discord to discuss or ask questions about the game.
GGG has its flaws, but I appreciate that the forums are still alive and kicking for people to use. Last bumped on Oct 21, 2025, 1:34:12 AM

Agree! Discord has made things so hard to find.
Softcore, solo self-found.

" Exactly - it's not search engine indexable. This means that to find content, you have to register a Discord account, find the correct invite link for a server, and then use Discord's own (bad) search engine to find whatever you're looking for - if it isn't buried in tens of pages of results, that is. |

" then you don't find it, ask your question, and get a 7 day mute for asking duplicate questions - and of course they don't provide any link to the question in question |
|
" That has never happened to me, at most I get my threads moved to other forums... Sad that it does happen to you though |

People have paid huge money to acquire custom avatar pictures, ggg has a responsibility to keep these forums up.
