Hush hush Nar, imbecile is a tad too harsh on this honest crafter here.

I think his Astral Plate went for 35 Exalts, but that's beside the point.

Every crafter would like to see good profits some point in time, and at times the price requested can be incredulous. Still we shouldn't flame him for doing so. The fact that he sold his plate less then half of the price he was looking for is testament to his morals and goodwill.

you know you aren't going to get 100ex for this so why haven't you sold the bow yet. and no ones going to mirror this cuase lioneyes is a way better bow and its worth less than a mirror. at least everyone would get a good laugh out of it if you sold it to that scrub lol

I do agree with you on certain points, especially the part on selling the said bow for the current offer.

I'm not sure if the myth about ROA being unable to miss even without Resolute Technique is true, but assuming this buyer was a LA Ranger, then he might regret buying this Hybrid Bow which seems to be giving more DPS then a well-rolled Lioneye's on paper, but in actual fact is not.

A well-rolled Lioneye's Glare has by far been BIS for many ranger builds, be it LA/ROA. This is also partially because of the quiver Blackgleam, Cured Quiver which converts Physical Damage to Fire Damage.

However, if the buyer of this bow is actually using a very well-rolled Yellow quiver with Ele DMG, IAS, Crit Chance & Multiplier, then this yellow bow might actually outdps a well-rolled Lioneye's Glare by quite a bit.

I can only hope that he won't sell to that pathetic very low quality individual who offered him 80, everyone knows whom I'm talking about.

I had buyout of 50ex on astral and sold it for 30ex in auction. Everyone except narbays accepted that it was worth the 50though.

Roa cannot miss. But not many use roa.

Games been going for long and still theres so few really high rolled items. Proves its damn hard. Its kinda meh how many uniques still> top roll rares.

And don't get me wrong, this like the astral is a very very nice piece of loot. But once again you have put far too much stock into it's value. We all do this, everyone naturally thinks the stuff they find is worth more then it is. It's up to your common sense sectors of your brain to kick in and balance said reaction. Part of that common sense in this case is the abundantly clear fact that lioneye's never miss. Which means even if the bow you found/crafted/shit out has more DPS when you calculate it out, it actually doesn't because of how large of a tooltip-dps increase you get from going from 80%-100% hit chance.

Now with that said, you can easily come to the conclusion that this is in no way shape or form the best in slot for a ranger. Anyone who thinks so, would easily regret their purchase a week later after some testing.




Now couple that with the imbecile notion of anything selling for 100 exalts.... It just makes me look at this auction and your other auction is if they aren't auctions at all.

I see this is as "hey look what I have, I have no intention what so ever of selling it, so I'll post a ludicrous asking price to make sure I never sell it" Your asking price is so far off, that at this point it's trolling.

EDIT: Or "hey look what I have, I plan on selling it for X, so I'll just post a price tag of X times two, so everyone calling me an idiot is just bumping my thread; and the item sells for half or a quarter of what I asked for at the price of my own integrity"

Before the market overflood I sold Everything for bin/very near bin. Im not expecting to sell it but neither am I using it. I think ive mentioned my reasons before.

However if someone wants to pay the "ridiculous" Price, feel free to negotiate with me. I will respect my promises.
