Eagon not spawning

for me it doesn't work. completed about of 50 T16 maps without Maven/Exarch/Eater . Still no luck - didn't see Eagon .

Yeah I doubt support will help you with this kind of question. It is possible it is RNG, but that does sound unusual. As far as I know he stops spawning when he has a thread of missions going, uncertain on that though. Other than this just have the increases on the tree and smash though maps. Mods or quant may increase the chances, but i'm also not certain about that either. Going by how frequently I was encountering him in t16's, I would be very surprised if you did say 100 without getting him. If that's what is happening, It could be something like what people are suggesting, given it is a new mechanic, but there's always a chance that it is just a very long string of RNG. I've seen some other posts with people having trouble finding him. I don't know of anything preventing it though.
