Unable to enter Kingsmarch even though found 3 different Veins in Maps.

Same have quest telling me to talk to johann, and he offers nothing for talking to him
|

May have found a fix I went back to act 10 talked to lily about sailing and went to epilogue and johann took me to kingsmarch after i talked to him
|

|
i talked to the the crew at the beach. went back to johan still nothing. stood next to him for sometime to look for solutions. checked back and it unlocked
|

Johan needs time to size you up : see if you're ready for built-up Kingsmarch ? xD

fix for me: go back to a10, talk to Lilly, set sail, talk to Johan again.

back to act 10, login again and sail to oriath, done

just tried the 'go back to act 10...' "fix" and it didn't work for me ;/
