Hey guys, I wrote to support hightlighting the issue as well, hopefully their team will be more aware of it now, but I ended up getting my points refunded as I was tired of waiting for a fix. Good outcome for me but still very disappointing. Their MTX quality is so inconsistent yet they ask such a premium price for everything.
