Game freezes every 5-10 minutes

If we are all on 4080 + 7800x3d and we are all POE players who are used to using guides then there is a high chance we have used a BIOS guide (such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqAsNB5xCVI ) to min/max the performance by tweaking the settings.

I am pretty sure that something in BIOS is causing this.
Any overclocking experts that could help?
