My gear is on his trade lsit now too. Please prioritize this. How can you even let that guy get on??? Ban him, return our items. It's kinda weird that you're not reacting at all. I just messaged him ingame and he simply blocked me. This is a joke.

It's been a few hours since alot of people reported being hacked and lost their stuff. I'm still waiting for an answer. The hacker still is online. The hacker is still selling my stuff. Do something. This is unbelievable. You have the name of the guy. What are you waiting for? Just block him for now, so he can't sell the items. Take this seriously.

Unfortunately they wont - they never have and never will.
Scamming in this game was never punished severly and I am afraid it most likely never will be.

I am extremely dissapointed with how GGG handle these situations, even though I fully understand its christmas time and people are off for vacation (which they should be!) - this is not a complaint about how these things are handled during vacation times, but in general

This is mindblowing. Really. This kind of unresponsive attitude from GGG is something I didn't expect. Even if it's holidays. There should be people to keep the game (which is their product) safe. If this keeps happening what do they expect us palyers to do? Live with it and keep getting robbed? I invested 250+ hours into my character. That's not time I get back.

Removing the name isn't helpful. if you got time to do that. Block that guy to stop selling my items. How many people do you want to get robbed?
Support doesn't care they already got your money from early access payment.

This is the worst service I've ever seen, completely burying their heads in the sand and pretending like there's not a huge issue with people's accounts getting hacked/compromised and unauthorized payments being made.

"Just send an email to this email address and maybe we'll get to it" LOL ...they don't even have a working form within the webpage to submit requests. Like how unprofessional is this. This is like customer service from 1999.
May as well do a charge back. That will get their attention.
