Multistrike makes me can't attack selected target

My melee skills are double strike for single and cleave for aoe

Sounds like devs want me to remove cleave and make another double strike without Multistrike ?

Gotta drop my aoe power by losing cleave ? Can't real get a single phy attack build benefit ? Man, phy dmg builds are already the worst ones , especial for melees

Does it sound a logic ? I don't see what's the point.

On my view , a support gem make single attack skills becomes aoe is just retarded and pointless totally
