Has Infernal Weapon Effect ever been on the daily deal? If not, how often on average does it take for one to go on sale?

" It has, and quite recently - 5th of October, for 165 points. It usually takes about a month or so for new effects to go on sale - they have metrics showing popularity of microtransactions, so if Infernal Weapon was popular, you'll probably see it within a few months, but not soon. IRON MAN
