I haven't seen anything related to attack wands in the reveals. I think I saw Power Siphon as a skill in a wand somewhere but I don't know if it was the same skill as found in PoE1 or something entirely different.

It would be a shame if wanders weren't a thing in PoE2.

At the time of EA GGG killed wanders in PoE2, I hope they will return it in the full release.
