How to "price with note" on trade site?

It seems like the notes just stopped showing in November, around the time this thread was started. Probably in relation to the account merges/changes? It does look like notes are working on PoE2's trade site, though.

Rather than just posting examples of it here, it'd probably be better to start a new thread in the PoE1 Bug Reports subforum detailing the issue.

Since evidence is helpful with these bugs, linking this thread would be good, as well as an example such as this:

Thanks for the notice and thanks to GGG for the fix.
It's not perfection ( where ~b/o and ~price would allow for a note and for the item to be displayed with the default "Buyout or Fixed Price" filter) but it's what we asked for and much more than we had.
