I think you guys have some internal routing problem within EU (i connect from outside EU) because i can play on EU servers and it's fine, it's always a red flag when you get high ms on all server then you know it's something wrong with the routing or ISP 
Right now it's giving me 100+ ms on every server except Moscow... and I'm in Sweden. I also did check through WinMTR, its a lot of delay specifically at the network layers and sl-reverse adresses. No lag from my ISP's side in the trace
EDIT: This was me just playing a map in field and letting it collect a good sample of packets sent:

same for me, never had any issues whatsoever, but since 2-3days it's alternating between 12ms and 120ms, depends on the zone I load, I have no clue what's going on
Let's go to last epoch i heard they fix the lag there, cant say the same for here - 3 days 120 ms

I have the same issue - only Moscow is 70-72ms, all other servers (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam), which are usually in the 30-40ms range are now 130-150ms range. It is not a connection issue, my ping to the server done straight up from command prompt is 4ms (Amsterdam).
GGG, are you going to acknowledge something with the servers is seriously messed up and check cloudflare?

Same problems. Servers in europe which before was within 30-40 ms are now 120+.
Servers like Amsterdam and London where it says 30ms, i get kicked off regularly.
Game is quite unplayable, at least for us HC players.
