Rogue Harbor crashing

Can confirm its the visual MTX garbage that's causing crashes.

I crash every time there's heavy visual clutter with 10+ characters with fire wings and music playing goblins, tons if visual clutter, so bad that you can barely see the portal to get into a heist. I commonly run around 60-80 FPS in 1440 with no crashes (Occasionally blight drops it to around 30-40) but just entering the rouge harbor I'm instantly at 25-30 FPS so this is a massive problem.

I somehow managed to find a lobby with like 1 other person that had no MTX equipped and I was at hideout level frames hovering around 100.

This needs to be a waypoint tab along with Lab, Menagerie, etc. as a private lobby just like the the rest of them, or like a timeout AFK that boots you back to your hideout if you've been there too long, anything is better than this.
