Call to arms does not heal with warcry mastery sucks

By definition, the keystone should apply 100% of all effects of a warcry to nearby allies (including totems, minions, players, traps/mines).
I was literally planning to do a "warcry stacker" with Redblade Banner to try the new keystone.
If, for any reason, the keystone won't work the way it says, then GGG have a lot of explanation and fixes to make...?

Please update the warcry mastery to allow the 15% heal to work with the new Call to Arms support. Removing this interaction while shoe-horning shout players into CTA is a straight nerf and uncalled for.
Bump for visibility. Melee needs a diversity of sustain options just like any other archetype or part of the tree.
Please update the mastery so that the 15% healing works with the new Call to Arms support.
I agree it should work, it worked when we had it on left click, now the mastery only works for self cast which almost no one will use unless they use mutliple warcries?

It also cost a ton of life to use corrupting cry stuff, no reason we should now also have to sink a bunch into regen to sustain.
