What do you think about remove Oskarm gloves and replace it by the new gloves "The Malachai's Endurance" which give us 10% chance to grant an Endurance, Frenzy or Power Charge on Hit ?

Then replace power charge on critical on Cyclone setup and replace by Rage

If you were to play this in league start scenario, before strength stacking is possible, how would you scale it?

Unflinching Ascendency on Juggernaut is the Endurance charge generator.

Gain 1 Endurance Charge every second if you've been Hit Recently
30% chance to gain an Endurance Charge when you are Hit
25% chance that if you would gain Endurance Charges, you instead gain up to maximum Endurance Charges.

Basically every 4 times you get hit, you get maximum endurance charges.

the problem i see here is that im currently having issues keeping the charges active. not so often i end up running into a pack of normal monters and getting oneshot due to not having any endurances
IF you think you have enough damage, and all your lacking is the Endurance charges, you can change the chest to Replica Farrul's Fur, that will provide you with endurance and frenzy charge generation

Keep calm. U ned a ton of time to work how it's really worked. And how start on this at league. That was cheapper build ever - But u can spend all money for stupid items :D
