Yesterday it was the same for me ;( ... i logged out at ~14.000 MS.

I got exactly the same problem.
Every new map seems to be like playing roulette. It's either superfast or multiple seconds of lag for the map. | |

Having the same issue. The league start was nice and smooth i also played till red maps then took a week break to do stuff irl. Came back during new years to find this mess. Login screen shows the same ping as before but as soon as i enter the games it keeps bouncing.
The only reason I'm even playing is because I'm a necro....ffs | |

This has been happening for a week now ( For me atleast ). Tonight its so bad its unplayable. Guess i wont be playing till this issue has been resolved. Hopefully they will give us some feedback on the issue sooner rather then later.

Contact your ISP. Provide a LENGTHY WinMTR log.

To anyone getting the occasional high-latency instance, check your client log file (in the PoE folder) and check the instance IP, then do an IP lookup.
I bet you've been placed on a server on the other side of the globe. (GGG does this if your primary server is overloaded) |
