Item Display case how to siwtch/remove items.

You should be able to remove your item from the Item Display Case microtransaction by clicking it in the same league you deposited it. You may need to log out and in before doing this. I hope this helps!

Could you please try logging in with a character from a different league and checking the display case, then logging back into the original character to see if this allows you to retrieve the item?
