Dual strike of Ambidexterity bug

Can confirm the tooltip is still wrong, but swapping weapons (Brightbeak : 2.1aps // razor of 7th sun : 1.3aps) does slow down /speed up depending on which is in the off-hand. (Does it feel like 2.1aps?
Also tested swapping a regular dual strike in there and it slowed down (with BB in OH still).

So, dunno what my dmg is i guess. >.>
