There are no requirements and the only rule is you may not play the Guardian ascendancy. I will be randomizing my starter and if you like I can randomize yours as well.

I feel you and I hope you enjoy the events! This league is for Ruthless which they are not offering for the events. Even if they were honestly the events are not for me so ruthless time!
