Which Wiki page to choose?

As far as I understood the process, Iamacyborg (or, if possible any other of the admins*) has to include a new main site structure for a new language, like he did for my german one. Pictures are pooled for general access inside the whole wiki, templates have to be converted by need to fit the languages.

(*) I hope they can do, at least as long as Cyborg hasnt solved his pc problems and isnt really able to react.

If possible, it could be very useful too, to give some additional rights limited to the language sections - to implement cross-language links into the main pages etc.

For the question: I agree, #2 is more handy, but I really dont like the formatting inside the tables (example: first column in the "mirror of calandra" line), and I cant suggest a way to solve or fix this.
For the Orb/Item/Utility recipes, I also think the columns for item and recipe should be swapped, so that the rewards are on the right side; also better to see if the reward is more than one.
