I havent tried it out yet but I plan on making a character for them soon. It will either be a caster (think incinerate or ball lightning) that can take advantage of the MASSIVE added lightning damage, or a melee caster hybrid like cyclone with cast on melee kill arc. Maybe combine that with max block and chaining tempest shield. The added lightning values are absolutely significant. I mean the added spell damage alone is more damage than lvl20 wrath or herald of thunder... shit it's even more damage than lvl20 ball lightning itself.
