Loyalty Tattoo of Kiloava block recovery mechanic Not working with Glancing Blows

Thanks for your report, I had a look into this but haven't been able to reproduce.

Do you have anything that could temporarily prevent recovery?
Is the minion alive at the time (I mentioned this because it has a fairly long cooldown between summon)?
