Loyalty Tattoo of Kiloava recovery from block is not working with when you allocate Glancing Blows.
The minion states Buff Recovers 5% of Life, Mana and Energy Shield when you Block But when you block when you have Glancing Blows nothing happens. When you block without Glancing blows the recovery works fine. Last bumped on Mar 26, 2024, 7:11:46 AM

Thanks for your report, I had a look into this but haven't been able to reproduce.
Do you have anything that could temporarily prevent recovery? Is the minion alive at the time (I mentioned this because it has a fairly long cooldown between summon)? | |

I have the same issue. Mininion never ever appears when hit by unique if I have glancing blows allocated. Not a cooldown issue, does not even appear the first time
