South African Server / Realm for PSN + Xbox please?

I think this server will also benefit the players from the entire African continent and surrounding areas.

Aside from the terrible frames per second on a PS4 that I have to endure, which lowers the enjoyment level of merely trying to level up, let alone farming and trying to optimize my build... The lag is abysmal when connecting from South Africa to an EU server.

Please give us some solid feedback bacause I was told, on the Affliction Patch stream Q&A on Twitch, by the moderator, that a South African server for console is in the works... but frankly, how long does it take to just add one realm for us?

This is not just a request, its a necessity for us in South Africa.
