MTX shop discount practices

Why is it that the only variant of box MTX that's not on sale is the one I don't own? I noticed this as a pattern a while back.

Are discounts now selective? What happened, GGG?




EDIT: NVM, answered my own question. The MTX in question is the rarest variant, so I wasn't actually specifically targeted - just a coincidence of it not being on sale like the rest, or maybe a bug.
