Constant freezing

This league has not been great for POE crashing but the last couple of weeks its been barely playable. Constant freezing from 1 sec to 10 plus seconds. No particular areas or characters or skills, been testing it with multiple things and it does the same throughout.
Tried lots of suggested things, I wondered if anyone else had had very recent issues and found something that worked?

I was having some packet loss to my isp gateway and after many many karen calls they finnaly seem to have fixed it for the most part however once I fire up poe it comes right back, its been a pretty unplayable all league for me.Isp problems aside I think there is something on the poe side causing my isp to drop these packets.

Ive never had an issue with POE until this league. And even then it was only the odd crash, but these freezes are just constant, my comp is running fine and other games run fine, just POE is an issue.

please provide a 300+ packet WinMTR report to the instance IP where this is happening WHILE it's happening.

Your traffic is running via peering point from the ISP Twelve. They have had problems with the connection to GGG's servers for a long time. So this is properly the reason.
Try a VPN to bypass this ISP.
