[3.21] Herald of agony jugg, immortal, 2.5M dps, my Crucible starter, cheap

I'm seeing that I can play in this league.... I always look at what builds I haven't played and this is one of them, thanks for the tips and POB I'm just going to check it out in detail. About the new build, I hope to see it here soon, I'm sure it's really good!

Hi i was wondering what if any changes to leveling there would be if i were to use cyclone for the virulence stacks had a hoa jugg using cyclone for og ultimatum but deleted the character a while ago and cant find the build guide again ive been looking at the changes to herald of agony and cyclone and liked what i saw and feel like using this chonk of a build style for ultimatum/blight/heist/sanctum. im just a little unsure on how to level the build to be able to transfer to hoa after going for smite initially.

Smite is always good and my recomandation if you never levelled a caster jugg.
Alternatively you can go for righterous fire, and follow some phox guide.

I'll be playing forbidden rite jugg this season (10000k hp, 4m dps), if i get the chance to play the game at all :(
