After removing doom, does hexblast do the same damage with non-self-cast hex and self-cast hex?

I know it's going to be fine, but got very excited about Bane as a league starter yesterday, then read the FAQ a day later LOL.

Tested something today. Turns out that the Wand Trigger Craft with Bane linked with 2 curses always triggers Bane, but never applies a curse from the triggered Bane.
