Righteous Fire and Inner Force Questions
What about increased area damage passives? does RF scale with those? will self damage will also be increased?

RF does not deal damage and does not scale with damage passives.

First of all, sorry for bringing back this one from graveyard.
If Inner Force increases the buffs ON YOU, how about debuffs from mobs/maps. Does it increase i.e. the amount of - (minus) resis if i have elemental weakness on me ? Welcome to the greatest of arenas, Duelist. God is watching you.

" Debuffs are not considered buffs so Inner Force has no effect on them.
" Well i may not be 100% sure on this, but doesn't Righteous fire have to be a buff to be effected by inner force? In the tool-tip it is labeled as "Fire,Spell,AOE" So unless its secretly considered a buff, then again you would think a buff icon would pop up in the left hand corner... hmmm |

"Righteous Fire is a spell that puts a buff on you. "It does
" This post does bring up a good point right here, the tooltip should say something like "Burning,Spell,AOE,DOT". I only nitpick this because as new support gems like Increased Burning Damage get added to the game there might be more and more confusion for what interacts with what else. I'd also argue the descriptive text: Enemies burn for 50% of your maximum Life per second as Fire Damage You burn for 100% of your maximum Life per second as Fire Damage Should say Burning Damage here, since Viper and I already beat it into the ground that RF is not Fire Damage. " I suppose I didn't notice, Hard to mouse over things when your health is constantly draining lol. Very confusing mechanics, but that's the thing that makes POE so much fun. -When you say, just one more hour at 10 at night, you look up and it's 3 AM- |

" What? Do I take extra damage from having Inner Force? But the extra damage is not a buff. Tell me I misunderstood something here. |
