3.24 update

I won't have time to rework the build completely.
For the moment, I've made some simple changes that have significantly improved the DPS. Now, it feels much better.

Up to 5M DPS (Vaal Haste, no flasks)

* Regular Frost Blades
* Added +1 target on the gloves
* Added Brittle ground on the boots
* Replace Inc Crit Chance with Elemental Dmg
* Yoke of Suffering amulet is getting buffed in 3.24, with up to 10% to dmg taken by enemies per type of ailments on them (we inflict all three).

I'll continue to make improvements in 3.24. I may test Spectral Helix again.

Updated from the beginning of 3.16 Scourge league. Character is level 84, but the stuff requires level 70 max.

All you need to begin is the White Wind and Evasion stuff with life and res.

Before using the White Wind, you can level with a pair of Mightflay daggers (lvl 35), then the Widowmaker (lvl 44).

Get +1 target on the gloves (Searing Exarch Eldritch implicit) as soon as you can.

Frost Blades on a 6-link
I have added Frost Blades of Katabasis (FBK) on a 4-link with Bonechill support to increase the cold dmg enemies take.

Playstyle :
I hit once with FBK to spread chilling ground and then I spam regular FB.

Up to 4.5M DPS (no vaal buffs, no flasks).
(With all buffs and flasks, >7M DPS.)

This is a medley of the 5 Breachstones, with Uul-Netol and Chayula fights with Maven.

Improved setup with Trinity support

Last time, I have added Frost Blades of Katabasis (FBK) as a secondary skill to get the Bonechill support bonus (chilled enemies take % inc cold dmg).
I have improved this setup by adding Cold to Fire to FBK. Now the skill deals a majority of fire dmg, while regular FB deals a majority of cold.
Then, by linking Trinity support to FB and FBK, you can proc the Resonance buff.
Compared to the previous version, you get 15% more DPS.

#3 : The Cortex fight.

Monster and big robots are easily frozen and destroyed. The skill is now quite efficient both for farming and bossing.

DPS :
4M (Ancestral Call), 5.4M (Elem Dmg), 8.7M (full buffed)

On a side note, I was able to quickly level from 94 to 96 with an XP setup :
* On the Atlas tree, get full buffs for Shrines and Breach. Add Packed with Energy (dmg, movespeed and max elem res per sulphite collected)
* 1 Domination Scarab of Teaching : 30% inc XP gained per Shrine buff
* Breach Scarabs and/or Domination Scarab
* Domination or Breach on the map device.

Stack as much Shrine buffs as possible, get the sulphite packs, then open the Breaches. Get tons of XP !
I could easily gain 15% of XP per map between 94 and 95, then 10% between 95 and 96.
Map of choice : Dune.
