I'm convinced they are not getting any favors, they are just better at the game. If you spin the wheel more, you win more. Making currency in PoE legitimately is either trading rags or playing a slotmachine that does not requires coin, the more you play it the more you'll win eventually.

Well they do damage the economy especially empy and his team. And they "teach" others how to do the same so snowball effect leads to a lot of problems in a trade league.
I think streamers should play ssf this way it dosent matter if they have bonus on drops or are just better. Btw economy feels much better mid to end league cause of this. Ofcorse there is less demand as a lot of people stop playing (these couple of last leagues were worst I think) but at the same time the streamers teams do stop too so everything u drop have a relative higher value. League starters teams + broken juice mechanics lead to everything devalued and no hype when u drop something. |

" If you talking about Empy, he didnt drop/buy them, he got those for free fom people who were done with the league. He also double corrupted 30 magebloods recently, from which only 2 got implicit (pretty meh ones). Half of them bricked/got deleted. I guess he disabled his streamer RNG for that? |

That's ok if someone has adjusted RNG. It's needed to promote the game because ppl watching twitch will think they will have the same drop after installing and playing the game.
Just deal with it and accept. It is not competitive game like Dota 2. GGG has right to adjust RNG / drop rate because PoE is their property. |

I don't stream, found the most raw exalteds this league than any other and for two reasons.
A) I actually focused on a build that was designed to farm maps (and ignore bosses mostly) at high speed B) Scourge allowed every map to essentially have twice the monsters for drop chances Streamer luck is a superstition. When you play a game for 8 hours a day, you are bound to have more "luck" than someone playing half as much. Who knew more chances = more chances to win... |

" The bias could be inside the drop-loot function while still leaving the temple-corrupt and vaal-corrupt functions unchanged. Many make the mistake of just calling everything "RNG", while in reality it's more likely to be RNGs plural. or having different mechanics call a central randomizer engine with different inputs/seeds.
