my experience with the customer service, also with more complex issues, has been absolutely flawless. very responsive and looking for solutions rather than being annoying with canned responses.

but testers... obviously, i have no idea what's going on at ggg, but playing the game i can deduce that not enough testers were involved. or maybe there were, but the results were not acted upon. so, i don't know.

more artists and balance team will be nice to see! more testers pls
