was act 1 buffed even more?

Hailrake rung me up several times. He would cast his spell in a predictive way making it incredibly difficult to avoid the spell. He froze me A LOT. Stuns seem much harsher.

Not complaining, it is just a lot different from last time I played.

I haven't played last league but it seems everything just takes waaay longer to kill now, which is pretty stupid... people are complaining about the acts being boring, let's make them even longer and more boring!
I had to run in circles around Brutus for what felt like 3 minutes. Thrilling.

Thankfully it's only A1 for now.
