Isn't the thread title "How to Balance Solo Map Play..." ?

"Balance (in this sense, at least) always implies a relationship between two things. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

" I thought that implied improving Solo on its own as well (if you consider solo map play "worse" than party map play) |

"They get plenty from this suggestion already. Like being able to run the same map six times. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Yeha, but in that case adding currency to the map thing (in eternal laboratory) seems at best like a waste, and at worst frustrating

" At which point do we consider alc'ing a map to be a "waste"? People do it, though, particularly to higher level maps, because such things are rare and precious. --C |

Bumpage. Also:
"Considering that the map affixes are hideous imbalanced, so you need to Trans it, Alt it repeatedly until it gets maze and something else good, then Regal it... yes, Alch would be a waste. However, the core of your point is sound. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

I'm the first to admit that I'm not competent to discuss map play and the issues thereof but this suggestion sure does seem to make sense on the face of it.
I don't trade. I don't group. My comments reflect that.
